Alexander-Technique teacher, performing musician and cello teacher
With 31 years of experience in the ITM Alexander Technique and as a qualified ITM Alexander Technique teacher and trainer, I am here to help you shape your life and realise your full potential.
I also work as a musician and cello teacher.
With my diverse life and professional experience, I love to bring this work to musicians, athletes, business people and anyone looking to improve their thinking and acting.

Training and education
From 2012 to 2016, I successfully completed the four-year additional training (in addition to the four-year teacher training from 1997 to 2001) to become an ITM Alexander Technique trainer, and have been training new teachers since then.
My enormous enthusiasm for this great work continues to grow constantly. I love to see how others benefit from the Alexander-Technique and how much it offers them - as much as the Alexander Technique has done and continues to do for me!
