Group workshops
With the ITM Alexander-Technique, it has been proven that group lessons are significantly more efficient. I therefore teach in groups of at least 2 people whenever possible.
Cost of one lesson: €50
Cost for a series of 10 teaching units: € 450
Workshops
I offer workshops lasting from half a day to 4 days. The workshops can include other ITM teachers. A workshop usually includes an introductory part and then continues with practical application.
Costs: depending on the duration of the respective workshop
Weekend-Workshops
I also offer weekend workshops with other ITM colleagues. The workshop fee includes an introductory part in the evening and several subsequent teaching parts, as well as catering and accommodation. A time-out to learn and change.
ITM Teacher Training
To become an ITM teacher, you can undergo a four-year training within a broader ITM context with me as your trainer. During this training, participants learn more about the Alexander Technique, both about themselves and about teaching.
Upon successful completion, participants receive an ITM Teacher Certificate.
