This evening gives you a chance to find out if you also agree.

We will begin with an introductory talk followed by questions and individual Alexander Technique lessons on the saddle horse.

All levels of riders are welcome.  If you are a non-rider or parent who is curious to find out more about the Alexander Technique, no problem – all welcome for a fun, friendly and interactive evening.
