This course is designed to give you the best introduction to the ALEXANDER TECHNQIUE  as described in the four books of FM ALEXANDER. 

It includes the 10 key discoveries of Alexander and is nealty packaged into a course that can be completed mostly via live zoom calls with an interactive workshop at the beginning and end of your course. 

You will LEARN:

  • The principles to aid change
  • Techniques to release tension in your body and improve your performance
  • Empower yourself and learn how this work can aid change in your behaviours


‘What’s Included’:

 10 WEEK Introduction to the Alexander Technique:

  • Two weekend workshops in person at the beginning and end of your 10 week journey into change.
  • You will learn the history of FM Alexander – his story.
  • 10 modules over Zoom to learn the main principles of his theory
  • How to inhibit behavior and make new choices and the three choices with every action.
  • Book club – this is book study done in your own time with questions to answer.
  • Journaling and writing prompts – we will study another book and learn technqiues for self –enquiry.
  • You will be a member of a like minded, understanding and empowering community
  • Dedicated What’s Ap group for inspiration and mid-week connection.
